What we actually collect, and why
This page describes only what actually happens on this website — not generic boilerplate describing practices that don't exist.
Website data
Browsing the website itself does not require an account or sign-in. There is no visitor database — this is a marketing/informational site, not an operations portal.
The contact form
When the contact form is submitted, the entered data (name, organization, email, mobile if provided, challenge description) is sent as an email directly to the PAS team. This data is not stored in a database — email delivery is currently the only channel.
Email communications
Any reply to your inquiry comes from PAS's official email address. Your email address is used only to respond to your request, never for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Technical logs
The hosting infrastructure retains baseline technical logs (request ID, route, status, duration) for operational and security purposes only. These logs do not contain the full content of your message or sensitive personal data.
Analytics
If an analytics tool is enabled, it measures only general, non-personal usage events (such as: language change, opening the 60-second path, viewing a solution). Name, email, mobile number, and challenge text are never sent to any analytics tool.
Purpose and data minimization
We collect only what is necessary to respond to your request or improve the site. We do not request personal ID numbers, bank account details, or confidential documents through this website — none of these should be submitted through the contact form.
Retention principles
Emails generated by the contact form are retained within PAS's official mailbox for as long as needed to follow up on the request. There is no separate automated retention system, since no database is connected to the website at this time.
Security
Technical security detail is covered on the Security page — including input validation, no secrets in client-side code, and logging discipline.
